Mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law, sisters and sisters-in-law, brothers too didn’t always see eye to eye. For some there were long-term feuds that come to the surface at times. We all went happily to Church over Christmas and claim to live our faith, but is that the reality, or is having those conflicts a normal family situation, but one that still needs to be addressed?”

Pope Francis. The first setting in which faith enlightens the human city is the family. Absorbed and deepened in the family faith becomes a light capable of illumining all our relationships in society. As an experience of the mercy of God the Father, it sets us on the path of brotherhood.
