Faith Sharing. Ubuntu Family Thought April 9

April  9th.  Leticia, from a traditional Catholic family, had started work for a small company that to her seemed very religious.  “You know that we have a little bit of Bible sharing every day before we start work. I felt quite strange at first to join in there but they are really good people and not scared to speak out about what they believe.  I wish we Catholics had that kind of courage too, because I know what we believe but most of the time I’m scared to speak up.”

And now Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants to speak your word with all boldness, while you stretch out your hand to heal.   From Acts 4:23-31.    Pope Francis:   The credibility of the Christian message would be much greater if Christians could overcome their divisions.  We are pilgrims journeying alongside one another.  We must have sincere trust in our fellow pilgrims, putting aside all suspicion or mistrust and turn our gaze to what we are all seeking.  EG 244
