The Men’s Forum in the parish had been supportive of Women’s Day and done their best at home too to do some soul-searching. “Now that this day is over, I hope that they too, the women and the girls, have done their share of discerning about their rights and responsibilities as was suggested beforehand. Maybe we could ask Fr Oliver to have a Reconciliation Service around this theme so that we can each look into ourselves and not neglect God’s role in all this.
