When many people are gathered from countries across the world
There are bound to be tensions and serious concerns
About safety, security, money and health.
Money will be spent and lost in good ways and bad,
On watching the games and seeing the beauty of our country
or wasted on gambling, alcohol and drugs. 
The sex trade and trafficking will flourish  
There will be greed and corruption on and off the field.
But people of good will must do what they can
To make this event happen in line with God’s plan.
