Fr Peter had decided that during these weeks he would focus his homilies on the sacrament of marriage and its practical aspects. He started by saying, “In the last century much has changed in the roles of men and women, within their marriage and in all aspects of life.

JUNE FAMILY THEME : YOUTH MATTERS. We all recognise the importance of youth in society, as they of course hold our future in their hands. But that is quite an abstract idea. Will they be working, or social net-working, building houses, marrying, having children or shopping for the latest gadgets, apart from eating, drinking and seeking to enjoy life?

21. EASTER SUNDAY
This is the Day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. Ps 118:24
How often can we, or should we acknowledge your action , Lord,
You make each day anew, yet some are special.
Each Sunday is your day. The Day of the Resurrection particularly yours.
But Lord, how often in our own lives can we rejoice in the day you made?
